Dr. Jill Franks 

Dr. Franks is an Indiana native and received her veterinary degree from Purdue University.  She is the founder and owner of Turtle Mountain Veterinary Service and has been a member of the Bottineau community since 2005.  She is a general practitioner and works with dogs, cats, cattle, horses, small ruminants, rabbits and pocket pets.  She particularly enjoys equine dentistry, equine reproduction, soft tissue surgery and feline medicine.  Outside of the practice, she enjoys gardening, hiking, upland game hunting, cooking and reading.  

Dr. Rachael Odermann

Dr. Odermann grew up on her family farm in Rock Lake, ND. She completed her undergraduate education at North Dakota State University earning a B.S. degree in Animal Science before heading south to Kansas State University for her veterinary degree. She started working as an associate veterinarian at Turtle Mountain Vet Service in June 2020. Dr. Rachael is willing to take a look at almost any species that comes in the clinic. After hours, she enjoys gardening, tending to her flock of sheep, and helping on her family farm.
